Room 23 is our buddy this year. They are a Year 5 class. I have two buddies and I like them both. They read a story to me.

LI - to make a simple pattern

For maths, I am learning to recognise a pattern. A pattern repeats over and over again. It needs to stay the same. I have tried making my own pattern. Can you try and make my pattern longer?

My Writing Book

LI - to write some sounds I can hear in a sentence

In Room 2, I am learning to say a sentence and then write my sentence down. I am learning to use the alphabet card to find the sounds or the word I am using in my sentence. I am also learning that a sentence has a full stop and words need finger spaces between them. Here’s my amazing work!

I am learning to recognise and say all my Magenta words. Knowing these words will help me with reading. I am playing a word activity in my group.
